Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SnapToListing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User Content & Responsibility

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload to the Service. However, by uploading content, you grant SnapToListing a license to process, modify, and store the content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., photo cleanup, staging).

Important: Accuracy of Representation

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any photos, including AI-enhanced or staged versions, accurately represent the physical condition and layout of the property. SnapToListing is a tool for marketing visualization, not for concealing defects or misrepresenting material facts about a property.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Create misleading or deceptive listings.
  • Remove permanent structural features (e.g., power lines, fire hydrants) that are material to the property.
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Service Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and differ in cost depending on the requested service (e.g., Cleanup vs. Staging).

  • Credits purchased on the Service have no monetary value and are strictly non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, returned for a monetary refund, or transferred to other accounts, except as required by applicable law.
  • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
  • We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SnapToListing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or legal disputes arising from your marketing materials.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service.
